Please read this Disclaimer carefully before using Celestys. It applies to all modules of the App, including SkinAI, NailsAI, SuperBodyAI (Body Scan, NutriLog, and the SuperBodyAI Report), the Cycle Calendar, Grounding, Frequencies, Self-Knowing, and supplement/vitamin recommendations, and is incorporated by reference into our Terms and Conditions of Use.

1. Not Medical, Dermatological, or Nutritional Advice

Celestys uses artificial intelligence (including image-analysis technology provided by Anthropic's Claude Vision API) to provide general, automated observations about skin appearance, nail appearance, body composition/posture, and the nutritional content of meals, along with wellness-oriented suggestions.

These outputs are for general informational and wellness purposes only. They: - Are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment of any kind; - Are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified physician, dermatologist, registered dietitian, nutritionist, physical therapist, or other licensed healthcare professional; - Should not be used to make decisions about medication, medical treatment, or management of any diagnosed medical condition; - Are generated by an AI model and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. The AI does not "see" the way a trained medical professional does, and its assessment is probabilistic, not diagnostic.

If you have a skin condition, health concern, are pregnant or nursing, have an eating disorder or history of one, or have any medical condition that may be affected by changes in diet or exercise, consult a qualified healthcare professional before acting on any recommendation from the App.

If you notice a new, changing, bleeding, or otherwise concerning skin lesion or mole, seek medical attention promptly — do not rely on SkinAI for detection or exclusion of skin cancer or any other medical condition.

2. Nutritional & Fitness Estimates

Calorie and macronutrient targets generated by SuperBodyAI reports use standard estimation formulas (e.g., the Mifflin-St Jeor equation) combined with the goal you select. These are general estimates, not personalized medical or clinical nutrition plans, and individual needs vary based on factors the App may not fully capture (medical history, medications, metabolic conditions, allergies).
NutriLog's analysis of meal photographs is an estimate based on visual recognition and may not accurately capture portion size, hidden ingredients, or preparation methods.
Celestys is not intended for use in managing diabetes, eating disorders, or any other condition requiring precise clinical nutritional management.

3. Cycle Calendar — Not a Contraceptive or Diagnostic Method

The Cycle Calendar predicts your cycle phase and future dates based on statistical estimates from the information you log. It is not a method of contraception or fertility planning, and must not be relied on to prevent or achieve pregnancy.
It is not a diagnostic tool for menstrual, hormonal, or reproductive health conditions (e.g., PCOS, endometriosis). If you experience irregular cycles, pain, or other symptoms that concern you, consult a gynecologist or other qualified healthcare professional.
Predictions can be inaccurate, particularly if your cycle is irregular or if you have recently changed medication, given birth, or experienced significant life changes.

4. Supplement & Vitamin Recommendations

Supplement and vitamin content shown in the App is general educational and editorial information, not personalized medical or nutritional advice, and not an endorsement or guarantee of any product's safety, quality, or effectiveness.
These statements have not been evaluated by any medicines or food-safety regulatory authority (e.g., EMA, EFSA, FDA) and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Always read product labels and consult a doctor or pharmacist before starting any new supplement, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, trying to conceive, taking medication, or managing a medical condition. Some supplements can interact with medications or existing health conditions.
Celestys does not sell or distribute these products and is not responsible for products purchased from any third-party retailer.

5. Grounding, Frequencies, and Self-Knowing — Complementary Wellness Content

Grounding (earthing-related practices), Frequencies (audio tones such as solfeggio-style frequencies), and Self-Knowing (reflective/self-development content) are offered as complementary wellness and relaxation practices.
These modules are not clinically validated medical treatments, do not diagnose or treat any physical or mental health condition, and any subjective sense of benefit is personal and not guaranteed.
They are not a substitute for psychological, psychiatric, or medical care. If you are experiencing significant emotional distress, anxiety, depression, or any mental health concern, please speak with a licensed mental health professional.

6. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee any specific outcome (e.g., weight loss, skin improvement, muscle gain) from following recommendations generated by the App. Results depend on many individual factors outside our control.

7. Photograph Analysis Limitations

Photographs you submit are analyzed by AI, which can be affected by lighting, camera quality, angle, and image resolution. Analysis accuracy is not guaranteed and should be treated as indicative only, not authoritative.

8. Age and Special Populations

The App is not designed for use by children, and is not designed to give guidance appropriate for pregnant or breastfeeding individuals, people with diagnosed eating disorders, or people with significant, unmanaged medical conditions, unless done under the supervision of a qualified healthcare professional.

9. Emergency Situations

Celestys is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately (in the EU: 112) — do not use the App.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Verde Fish Entertainment SRL disclaims all liability for any decision made or action taken in reliance on information or recommendations provided through the App. See Section 9 of our Terms and Conditions of Use for the full limitation of liability.
